What's a romance book without spice? I, personally, love to read spicy books with tension between the characters. It adds more depth to the story for me. And lately, there have been a lot more spicy and yummy books for us to devour.
Mentioned below are some of my most favorite spicy books that I absolutely love. So without any further ado, let's jump into the book recs.

There's nary a person who hasn't heard about or read the twisted series by Ana Huang but for me, King of Wrath is her best book till date. There is something about Dante Russo and Vivian Lau that I'm always thinking about them.
Since these are spicy books, I could not think of a better book than this to start our list. If you haven't already read it, this is your sign. RUN!
College Sports Romance
If you have been an avid reader since the last few years, you must remember how the Off-Campus series by Elle blew up on booktok. Well, this series is the next generation spin-off of that series.
I went in without much expectations and this book surprised me in the best way. The characters were so good, the setting and plot was amazing, the cameos were mind-blowing and THE SPICE was breath taking. So go read it if you haven't!!!
A Forbidden Mafia Romance
I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who's obsessed with mafia. But just in books. They tend to repel me in real life.
And when along with mafia, there is age gap, forbidden relationship, amazing banter and the SPICIEST SPICE? Hell yes. Trust me, you won't regret reading this one.
A Flight Attendant x Athlete
When a 600 paged novel does not feel enough, you know the book is good.
Evan Zanders is a world-class athlete and a renowned playboy but when he met Stevie Shay, a fiesty flight attendant, he knows he's met his match.
Did I tell you that there are dogs in this book? Yes, there are eekkk!!!
A Small-Town Single Mom Romance
This is the last book in the Chestnut Springs series, following Theo and Winter and definitely my favorite of them all. It has accidental pregnancy but it's done so well you won't believe it and can't help but fall for them.
The reverse grumpy sunshine trope and the reverse age gap just suites the characters and the story so well. If you want a book with all the emotions and SPICE, this is your book.
A Dark Zeus Retelling
When Persephone's mother promises her to the undergod Zeus and now he doesn't want to let her go. How am I supposed to resist this plot?
I am a sucker for arranged marriages and that too a dark romance? Hell yes. Do I need to elaborate on the spice? It's too hot to handle, for real, you guys.
An Age Gap Marriage of Convenience
When Declan needs to marry and have a child within the next five years in order to claim the CEO position of Kana Industries, the only option is his sunshine assistant Iris.
Just take my word on this one. It is filled with amazing banter, you'd die laughing. And when the spice begins, you're gonna be sweating ffs.
An Arranged Marriage Romance
Are you a fan of books that serve angst? Look no further because this is the one. Throughout the book, things are so very unpredictable and I love it.
He's an A-hole senator but I melt for him. She's so young but knows how to hold her own. So when he traps his enemy's daughter into a marriage, the drama unfolds.
An Enemies to Lovers Sports Romance
When she's hated the most famous guy on the campus since forever but she's now supposed to live with him? Plus it's sports romance. And she's got tattoos and piercings.
Trust me, you guys, THE SPICE is unmatched. The dirty talk will make you pass out. And when there's also emotions and plot along with spice? Perfect. *chef's kiss*
An Ex-Boyfriend's Dad Romance
She finds out that her boyfriend has been cheating on her and she has to go stay with his dad at his home. Oh well, you know what forced proximity does to people who already want each other.
Honestly, I never thought I would ever enjoy this trope. But in this book, it's done so well and the way the characters love each other is what made the it for me.
An Enemies with Benefits Romance
Kingsley and Aspen are both the senior lawyers partners for a firm and they absolutely and completely hate each other because they have a history, but then they also want each other. So the solution is enemies-with-benefits.
And so you know the SPICE is going to be amazing and so is the banter. Well, it's a fact that Rina Kent rarely disappoints.
A Reverse Age Gap Romance
He's a Scottich athlete, handsome AF, and her neighbour offers her to teach how to kiss and touch when she's a curvy cat lady, older than him and thinks she's not desirable. My favorite combination ever.
And teaching lessons are one of my favorite micro-trope of all times and so you know the spice slapped.
You will never not see me recommending this series.
A Mafia Romance
Neva Altaj has now gone viral for a reason because us readers are never not looking for more dark mafia romances. And when there's also arranged marriage? Hell yes.
Ronan is the cutest pakhan ever and you cannot tell me otherwise. Nina is such a ball of sunshine, she managed to capture my heart and Ronan's heart as well.
And well once you read the first book of this series, you won't be able to help but read the other books in this series as well.
Well, here comes the end of this list. Why 13 book you ask? That's because I'm nothing if not a Taylor Swift stan.
